As we offer custom-printed products made specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Please ensure that all designs, sizes, and details are double-checked before placing your order. Once printing begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Failed Delivery / Missed Parcel
If your parcel could not be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept
You will be required to repay the delivery charges before the parcel can be re-shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution at our discretion.
